SOUTH PAPUA – Tunas Sawa Erma (TSE) Group recently put on a training session for its employees to strengthen their skills and character as they navigate the ever-changing work dynamics.
The two-day “TSE Innovation School” was held April 10-11 at TSE Corporate University (TSE CORPU) in Asiki Village, Jair District, Boven Digoel Regency. It became a platform for competency and ethical development for 36 staff members across various divisions.
“We want to encourage our staff not only to upskill themselves, but also to cultivate professionalism and a positive attitude, which we need in today’s work environment,” said Sherly E. Yalnuhubun on behalf of TSE CORPU.
Training topics revolved around professional capacity building, divided into segments of Self Actualization at Workplace, Etiquette & Communication at Workplace, Building Excellent Character, and Success Attitude Working at Korean Company.
Employees learned that success hinges not only on technical expertise but also on principles such as discipline, responsibility, effective communication, loyalty, and respect.
To Aulia Aldzani from the Accounting Division, TSE Innovation School offered a new perspective on professionalism.
