SOUTH PAPUA – TSE Group returned with the Supervisory Leadership Program (SLP) at its Corporate University (TSE CORPU) in Boven Digoel, South Papua. This year’s edition attracted 32 participants across departments and leadership levels, from section leaders to assistant managers.
SLP is an initiative aimed at enhancing workforce quality, particularly that of supervisors, whose job is crucial in translating management policies into actionable operational practices.
Over the course of two days, participants listened to presentations and took part in interactive activities, including group discussions, case studies, and simulations. The goal is to ensure firsthand understanding of day-to-day leadership dynamics and challenges.
All training materials were delivered by Learning & Innovation Center (LIC) leader Mr. Setiyono, LIC’s supervisor Ms. Ine Nurul Rachmi, and General Affairs’ Deputy General Manager Mr. Satuman. The program covered competency development, practical experience, and team management strategies.
Improving supervisory competencies is a great investment for TSE Group’s future, said Mr. Mohamad Fauzi, a TSE CORPU executive.
“We want participants to not only be competent in their roles as supervisors, but also as leaders, who guide and inspire.”

For Mr. Misrajuddin, who works as an assistant manager for TSE Group’s Plasma Department, the program offers tangible takeaways.
“The topics are relevant to our work on the ground, and [the lessons] help with understanding the more effective ways to lead teams. We look forward to seeing programs like SLP in the future.”
The Supervisory Leadership Program enables TSE Group to deepen its commitment to continuous leadership capacity development. Participants are expected to apply what they learned to their workplaces, helping build strong, productive teams that align with the company’s vision. (Corpu)
