Job Description:
- Responsible for end-to-end plantation management, including planting, harvesting, maintenance, manpower, and cost control.
- Develop short-term production and operational plans, along with medium- and long- term operational plans, including replanting programs.
- Manage, supervise, and evaluate the organizational structure and performance of field operational teams.
- Handle and coordinate various certifications and external audits, including ISCC/ISPO.
- Manage operational data using SAP and plantation management systems.
- Prepare operational reports and conduct effective communication within the company group environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations and sustainability standards.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Agronomy, Plantation Management, or a related field.
- 20 years of experience in plantation operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong professional knowledge in plantation management with proven leadership capability in organizational management.
- Strong analytical skills related to productivity, yield, and operational performance indicators.
- Ability to prepare budgets and effectively control operational costs.
- Solid understanding of ISPO/ISCC requirements and relevant regulations.
- Placement: South Papua.
