MERAUKE, March 28, 2022 – As many as 5 students of Politeknik Kelapa Sawit Citra Widya Edukasi (CWE) or Citra Widya Edukasi Oil Palm Polytechnics from Bekasi, West Java have won the opportunity to participate in the field work pratice (PKL) at PT Berkat Cipta Abadi (BCA), a subsidiary of PT Tunas Sawa Erma Group (TSE Group). In the 5-month long PKL program, the five students will receive mentoring and assistance from BCA’s team of experts in the field of oil palm plantation cultivation management, logistics management, and oil palm production management techniques.
“We consider this company to be very well-managed, and I recommend this company to other students who are going to complete the PKL program,” said a CWE student, Eko Pangestu.
Support towards BCA was also expressed by another student. Rafika, who is a student in her final semester at Politeknik CWE, said that she was very grateful to be able to get the opportunity in gaining a working experience at BCA. “This company is incredible. Starting from its big contribution to the community, the company keeps providing support and motivation for us. We feel proud to be a part of this company,” said Rafika.
Polikteknik CWE is the first oil palm polytechnic institute in Indonesia. Established in 2006, the polytechnic institute was created to produce the best graduates to support the growth and development of the national oil palm industry that has continued to increase in the last decade.
As one of the business entities in the field of oil palm plantation, BCA continues to support the quality of education for Indonesia’s development. “Being able to help Indonesian students to improve their knowledge, skills, and human resources quality is what we are proud of.
