BOVEN DIGOEL – Hundreds of food kits surge into Boven Digoel as the region busily prepares for Christmas and the New Year.

Donating staple ingredients to orphans, elders, and churches is a year-end tradition at Tunas Sawa Erma (TSE) Group, one that showcases love for local communities.

Items like rice, cooking oil, instant noodles, and sugar were delivered to homes around company locations.

These donations reflect gratitude for resident support and compassion for resident needs, said TSE Group’s general manager Daniel Sim Ayomi.

“We hope to ease everyone’s burden and bring more joy into this Christmas and New Year,” Ayomi shared with Tribun-Papua.com on Friday (12/19).

The company conducts re-registration at each edition of the annual event to ensure only target recipients are served. TSE Group believes business progress and growth must align with improvements in local community well-being.

One beneficiary, Marius Ayetero, had deep gratitude for the company.

“I am deeply grateful to TSE Group for its assistance every year. These kits are handy in time for the holidays,” Ayetero said with a smile at the handover Monday (12/15).

TSE Group, which runs an oil palm plantation and management business in South Papua, pledges to promote prosperity and better social lives through Corporate Social Contribution (CSC) to demonstrate consistent social responsibility. (*)
