JAKARTA – Tunas Sawa Erma (TSE) Group reiterated its commitment to championing net-zero goals in its latest company video Monday (3/2/2026). The video features TSE Group’s strategic direction and tangible actions to lower its greenhouse gas emissions through 2050.

Achieving net zero is part of the company’s sustainability strategy, as it responds to climate change challenges and supports Indonesia’s emissions reduction targets in line with the Paris Agreement.

In doing so, the company is taking a measured and gradual approach encompassing renewable energy optimization, operational efficiency, circular waste management, and the reinforcement of sustainable farming practices.

TSE Group’s net-zero measures include installing an on-site biogas power plant, leveraging solar energy in operations, enhancing fuel efficiency, and inventing ways to convert palm oil mill waste into an energy source and organic fertilizer. The company also seeks to gradually curb emissions across its supply chain.

These actions are encapsulated in a “commitment” video made in Indonesian, English, and Korean to demonstrate transparency and educate a global audience. You can watch all three versions here:

Each version showcases the company’s decarbonization roadmap up to 2050, and short- and medium-term objectives aligned with global scientific standards.

Through this video release, TSE Group cements its position as a plantation company dedicated to sustainability, transparency, and socio-environmental responsibility. (PR)
