MERAUKE – PT Dongin Prabhawa, a subsidiary of Tunas Sawa Erma (TSE) Group assisted the government in the acceleration of recording process of Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP)) in Mam region, Merauke Regency, Papua Province. This activity was carried out by the Civil Registry Office (Dukcapil) of Merauke Regency in the company’s operational area in Mam region, Merauke Regency, Papua, on Monday (13/11).

The recording process of Electronic Identity Card was done to facilitate citizens in Mam region who do not yet own an Electronic Identity Card. This collaboration between PT Dongin Prabhawa and Dukcapil involved at least 300 people who came to update their data.

The company’s representative, Manager of Public Relations at PT DP, James R. Sondak, expressed his gratitude to Dukcapil of Merauke Regency for conducting an audit on the population administration in the Mam region, particularly in the company’s operational area.

“Thank you to the Merauke Regency Government via Dukcapil for its administrative commitment in clarifying the registry status especially for the community and employees around the company area,” he said.

The recording of the registry status was carried out on November, 13-17, 2021, and was located at three locations in the company operational area namely, Division 2, Division 5, and the activity ended at PT Dongin Prabhawa’s main camp.

The Head of Registry at Dukcapil, Yansen Gregori greatly appreciated the support in facilities that were provided by PT DP. “Thank you very much to the company for facilitating us in carrying out the civil registry services so the process can run smoothly,” said Yansen.

The registry administration data that has been collected by Dukcapil of Merauke Regency will be brought to Merauke for printing process and be handed back to the citizens. (pr)
