Job Description:
- Monitor the costs of plasma plantation development carried out by third parties.
- Ensure that the progress of plasma plantation development aligns with predetermined timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Verify work progress, actual costs, and supporting documents as the basis for payment processing.
- Prepare project monitoring reports, actual cost reports, and periodic reports for management evaluation.
- Ensure that all administrative data, project documentation, and reports are accurate, properly organized, and well documented.
- Provide recommendations to improve monitoring processes, cost control, and project implementation efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Civil Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in plasma plantations, plantation administration (KTU), oil palm plantations, project control, or similar positions.
- Understanding of the oil palm plantation development processes.
- Familiarity with SAP as a plantation management system.
- Willingness to travel to plantation sites as required by company.
