BOVEN DIGOEL – Tunas Sawa Erma (TSE) Group’s daycare program garnered praise from the local Family Empowerment & Welfare mobilizer team. Leader Veronika Yaluwo (also Boven Digoel’s First Lady) highlighted the support it has given to working parents and especially mothers.

“This is what a company-community synergy looks like. On-site daycares alleviate worries of childcare and help employees focus at work,” she said.

With nine daycare centers spread across its operational locations, TSE Group seeks to provide care and supervision within a safe and secure environment. Through play-based learning and guidance from trained monitors, these facilities encourage child growth and development, assuring parents who due to professional obligations lack the time to do so.

Yaluwo’s visit to TSE Group’s office in Asiki (5/16) appeared to endorse this positive work. Her presence reflected government attention to community well-being and cemented the bond that regency authorities and TSE Group as a private company have established to drive sustainable development.

Childcare provision is part of TSE Group’s social responsibility and commitment to building inclusive, sustainable communities, said Daniel Sim Ayomi, who represented the company.

“We are committed to making economic contributions and improving living standards of nearby communities, starting from basic things like childcare,” Ayomi said.
