Job Description:
- Oversee ISPO certification audits and PROPER assessments, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements within palm oil mill operations.
- Prepare all documents required for ISPO certification and PROPER assessment within palm oil mill operations.
- Ensure that each subsidiary unit submits all required ISPO- and PROPER-related reports to the relevant authorities within the deadlines.
- Understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and legal requirements related to ISPO and PROPER is considered an advantage.
- Able to coordinate with stakeholders for certification and assessment purposes.
- Willing to travel to company units as assigned for specified periods.
Qualifications:
- Diploma-III (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture/Environmental Studies/
- Must have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in palm oil certification, particularly ISPO certification at palm oil mills (applicants who hold an ISPO auditor certificate may attach it).
- Able to work effectively in a team.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Work location: head office (South Jakarta).
